The order is saved
Checkout records the piece, the address, and the phone. You then confirm on WhatsApp so the house knows a person placed it.
Delivery
From Gahkuch to the door.
The house packs the work, a courier carries it, and you pay cash when it arrives. Look at the piece before you pay.
Listed work, or made first
A piece already in the collection leaves after that confirmation. A commission is cut and finished before it is packed. Ask the house for the date. The road out of Gahkuch sets the rest.
Packed for the road
Wood is braced so the finish survives the road from Gahkuch.
Cash when it arrives
You pay the courier. If the piece is broken, do not pay. Photograph it and send the photo to the house on WhatsApp.
