What the house keeps.

Only what an order needs. Nothing here is sold as a marketing list.

The order

Checkout stores your name, phone, WhatsApp number, and delivery address so the piece can be made, confirmed, and sent. That is the use.

Standard orders are cash on delivery. The site does not take or store card numbers. You pay the courier when the parcel arrives.

The address and phone are shared with the courier who carries that parcel, and only for that delivery.

Grain and colour vary. That is the material, not a defect. If a piece arrives broken, do not pay, photograph it, and send the photo to the house.

To ask about an order, or about removing the contact details on it, use the contact page.
