Before you order.
What can I order?
Whatever is listed in the shop. If you want something that is not on the site, send it as a custom order on WhatsApp.
Can a piece be made with a name or words on it?
Yes, when you ask for that in the custom order. Send the spelling.
What if the piece is not on the site?
Message the house with the object, the size, and any words. If it can be made in wood, you get a yes, a price, and a date.
Who makes it?
GB Wood Arts is a workshop in Gahkuch. The founder leads it. The people on the bench cut, join, and finish the work.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. Checkout does not take card numbers. After the order is saved, you confirm it on WhatsApp, and you pay the courier when the piece arrives.
Why confirm on WhatsApp?
So the house knows a real person placed the order before the work is packed or cut.
Will it match the photograph exactly?
The form will. The grain and the colour will not match another piece the way plastic does. That variation is the wood.
How should the wood be kept?
Wipe wood dry. Do not leave it soaking. A little oil now and then keeps pieces that meet food in condition.
How do I follow an order?
Use track with the order number and the phone from checkout, or message the house on WhatsApp.
